Our Projects
Ramadan is a sacred time of reflection, self-discipline, and compassion. It is a month of fasting, prayer, and charitable giving, where Muslims around the world strengthen their faith and connection with community. As we observe this blessed month, we are reminded of the importance of empathy, generosity, and gratitude. May this Ramadan bring peace, blessings, and harmony to all.
Ramadan is a month of hope for many poor families, they expect your Food Basket, your Zakat Al-Fitr, and Zakat Al-Maal
Your generous donation is incredibly powerful. Not only does it fulfill the charitable obligations Allah (SWT) has set for you, but it also helps ease the burdens faced by needy families.
Aqiqah
Aqiqah is a beloved Islamic tradition involving the sacrifice of an animal, typically a sheep or goat, as an expression of gratitude for the birth of a child.
Zakat Al-fitr
As we approach Eid al-Fitr, many ask: How much is Zakat al-Fitr? Zakat al-Fitr is equivalent to the cost of approximately 2.5-3 kg (one Sa’) of a chosen staple food. As of 2026, Africa Relief has set the amount at $20 per person.
Zakat Al-mal
Zakat al-Mal is more than a financial duty; it is an act of worship that purifies your wealth and strengthens the Ummah. Your obligation can provide life-saving relief and uplift vulnerable communities.
