Water is Life
According to (UNU) 5.52 billion people out of a population of 7.78 billion in 186 countries face water insecurity today. Of these, 1.34 billion are Africans, accounting for more than 90% of the continents population.
\r\nAccess to safe water, sanitation facilities, and proper hygiene practices is fundamental for preventing the spread of diseases and maintaining good health.

Orphan Care
According to the United Nations children’s fund, a child becomes an orphan every 18 seconds. That’s 8,400 children per day. With approximately 153 million orphans in the world, Africa’s 52 million make up more than 30 percent of the entire orphan population.
Healthcare
According to the World Health Organization, Africa has a ratio of 1.55 health workers (physicians, nurses, and midwives) per 1000 people.

Education
According to UNESCO, 98 million children are out of school in Sub-Saharan Africa. Even when they are in school, the quality of learning is often severely lacking, and Africa has the highest illiteracy rate in the world today.
