Unemployment and underemployment drive poverty across Sub-Saharan Africa, with women and youth facing the steepest barriers. Without qualifications, credit, or skills training, they are locked out of the formal economy and left dependent on precarious work.

For many aspiring entrepreneurs, the barrier is not ambition but access to startup capital. Formal banks demand collateral that families don’t have, while informal lenders charge exploitative rates. As a result, businesses never start, existing ones never grow, and community potential remains dormant generation after generation.

Vocational Training
We sponsor women and youth in hands-on training programs that teach practical trades like tailoring, carpentry, and mechanics. Sponsorships cover fees, materials, and support so participants can graduate ready to work or start businesses.
Microfinancing (Qard Hasan)
We provide small, interest-free loans to aspiring entrepreneurs with ideas but no capital. These loans help launch or grow businesses, create jobs, and strengthen communities. Every repayment funds the next entrepreneur, multiplying the impact.
